📋 Description

• • As a Sr HR Operations Analyst at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, you will manage and execute HR programs and initiatives, ensuring effective implementation, testing, and stabilization of new or enhanced processes and systems.
• • Day to day, you will conduct HR data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance to ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency; investigate and resolve complex HR operational issues; provide functional guidance to team members and stakeholders; lead HR compliance administration including Primary Source Verification and audits; facilitate benefits administration such as Open Enrollment planning and vendor coordination; and serve as a Workday Subject Matter Expert supporting configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support.
