• • The Senior Inside Sales Consultant is a critical contributor to Milady’s digital growth strategy, driving digital revenue growth by converting existing print accounts to digital solutions such as CIMA and ExamReady through a consultative, outcomes-focused sales approach.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning print renewals and identifying top print opportunities each quarter for digital conversion, proactively engaging with customers via health check-in calls to understand needs and uncover digital courseware opportunities, conducting sales demos using digital platforms like CIMA and ExamReady, growing accounts through quarterly check-ins, assessments, sales pitches, demos, and strong closings, and handing off converted digital accounts to the Customer Success Manager.
