- • The Senior IT Security Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and sustaining a comprehensive Information Security awareness and training program for the Prime workforce, focusing on identifying key human-related security risks such as phishing, social engineering, data handling, and password hygiene, and translating them into effective, behavior-based training that drives lasting employee behavior change.
- • Day to day, the role involves planning and executing enterprise-wide tabletop exercises to test incident response and crisis management readiness, identifying top human risks and required employee behaviors, developing and maintaining security awareness curriculum, sharing technical knowledge to ensure compliance with regulations, creating and delivering engaging security education via in-person, hands-on, and LMS formats, communicating complex security concepts in non-technical language to all organizational levels, and administering phishing detection and awareness programs.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- • 5 years of Information Security experience, including 5 years' formal experience as trainer, instructor, or teacher
- • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- • Proven experience designing and writing classroom curriculum and syllabi
- • Strong critical thinking skills
- • Ability to lead and persuade others
