- • As a Sr Lead Customer Project / Program Manager at Manheim Digital, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving strategic and tactical guidance to ensure software adoption and program success across the vehicle portfolio management lifecycle.
- • You will build enduring client relationships, manage program requirements from launch to end-of-life, coordinate cross-functional teams including executives, developers, and analysts, and facilitate complex meetings to align business and technical decisions with client goals.
- • You will operate within Cox Automotive’s Customer Care Group, contributing to a mission-driven team transforming vehicle portfolio management through transparency, market insights, and innovation in used car sales optimization.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic influence by mentoring other program leads, presenting internal strategy sessions, and gaining deep expertise in industry trends, economic shifts, and emerging technologies impacting automotive remarketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree and 8 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- • Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, including executives, product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- • Strong facilitation and communication skills to clearly convey project expectations to clients, sponsors, and team members.
- • Demonstrated experience in proactive risk and issue identification, tracking performance data, and reporting results to senior leadership and clients.
- • Ability to independently organize, direct, coordinate, and implement complex program activities in a fast-paced environment.
