  • • Provide hands-on field support through ride-alongs and field observations to coach new and tenured HIV Treatment Specialists and Community Liaisons, enhancing their execution, confidence, and in-role performance.
  • • Assess field behaviors and skill adoption during real-world customer interactions, delivering actionable, competency-based feedback to drive continuous improvement and consistent performance.
  • • Reinforce Gilead Sales Competencies by modeling high-impact, compliant behaviors and partnering with sales leadership to align coaching with business priorities and development goals.
  • • Support onboarding and ongoing development across all experience levels, tailoring coaching strategies to new hires, mid-tenure professionals, and advanced performers to accelerate readiness and capability building.
  • • Collaborate closely with Regional Directors, Executive Regional Directors, and other sales field leaders to translate coaching insights into targeted development initiatives and business readiness plans.
  • • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Commercial Operations, Global CL+D, Medical Information, Legal, Business Conduct, and Regulatory to ensure field reinforcement aligns with strategy, messaging, and compliance requirements.
  • • Identify and communicate field-observed capability gaps, execution trends, and learning needs to inform optimization of training programs and enablement approaches.
  • • Serve as a field-facing ambassador for learning, translating commercial strategy into practical, repeatable behaviors that drive sustained sales performance and customer engagement.
  • • Support key learner lifecycle initiatives including New-to-Role (NTR), New Sales Manager (NSM), and Manage Your Market (MYM) programs with targeted coaching, reinforcement, and enablement aligned to evolving business priorities.
  • • Participate in field meetings as a learning and enablement expert to reinforce priorities, support execution alignment, and contribute to collective team success in a matrixed environment.
  • • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing field coaching activities independently while maintaining alignment with regional and global commercial learning objectives.
  • • Travel approximately 50% or more to support field teams across the United States, ensuring consistent, in-person engagement with HIV Treatment Specialists and Community Liaisons.
  • • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Teams, PowerPoint) to document observations, deliver feedback, and support training delivery in both live and virtual formats.
  • • Apply strong facilitation, communication, and analytical skills to build consensus, resolve challenges, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • • Demonstrate a commitment to inclusion by modeling diverse team values, recognizing individual potential, and ensuring all employees receive feedback and development opportunities.
