  • • Own the development and execution of a comprehensive regional field marketing plan aligned with enterprise sales goals and account targets to drive pipeline growth.
  • • Design and lead all regional events including VIP dinners, executive roundtables, local user groups, and sponsored industry chapter activations with a focus on high-touch, revenue-generating experiences.
  • • Manage end-to-end logistics for localized events: venue sourcing, contract negotiations, vendor coordination, and onsite operations across Draper, UT and Park City, UT regions.
  • • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to regional sales leadership, ensuring tight alignment on territory priorities and joint accountability for pipeline outcomes.
  • • Equip regional sales and SDR teams with customized pre- and post-event outreach playbooks to maximize attendance, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • • Implement rigorous post-event follow-up processes to ensure seamless lead routing, rapid pipeline conversion, and accurate attribution in Salesforce.
  • • Track, measure, and analyze the ROI of every field marketing initiative using pipeline velocity, customer acquisition cost, and multi-touch attribution metrics.
  • • Partner with RevOps to ensure flawless data capture and accurate revenue attribution across all field marketing activities.
  • • Manage the regional field marketing budget with precision, optimizing spend for maximum impact and resource efficiency.
  • • Develop scalable, repeatable regional event frameworks (“event-in-a-box”) that can be consistently deployed across markets with minimal variation.
  • • Create novel, brand-aligned executive experiences that break through competitive noise and strengthen relationships with top enterprise prospects.
  • • Drive measurable increases in open opportunity velocity and win rates through localized field marketing programs.
  • • Build and maintain strong trust and frictionless feedback loops with regional sales directors and account executives to ensure continuous improvement.
  • • Source and manage localized sponsorships and brand presence at key regional industry events and partner-hosted gatherings.
  • • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions quickly while maintaining high standards of execution.
  • • Contribute to Jump’s mission by enabling financial advisors and their clients to thrive through AI-powered workflows via high-impact, field-driven customer engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation within an enterprise SaaS environment
  • • Proven track record of partnering directly with sales teams to build pipeline and accelerate localized deals
  • • Strong project management skills with the ability to source, plan, and execute multiple regional events simultaneously
  • • Comfort with core marketing technologies (Salesforce, HubSpot) and attributing field activity to revenue
  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions quickly while operating autonomously
  • • Experience in the Financial Services, Fintech, or Wealth Management verticals (nice-to-have)
  • • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment (nice-to-have)
