- • Lead and manage a team of Information Security Analysts responsible for monitoring, triaging, and responding to security alerts and incidents, serving as an escalation point for rapid containment and resolution.
- • Partner with IT, Development, Product, Operations, HR, Accounting, and Marketing to implement and operationalize the enterprise Information Security strategy, translating objectives into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- • Oversee governance, risk, and compliance activities including policy enforcement, audit readiness, and alignment with frameworks such as NIST, SOC, SOX, and COBIT.
- • Develop and maintain security metrics and reporting for senior leadership, drive continuous improvement in security controls, and mature the Security Awareness and Training program.
- • Mentor and develop team members, promote a proactive security culture, and communicate risks effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–10 years of progressive experience in Information Security with leadership across multiple disciplines including Security Operations, Incident Response, GRC, and Business Continuity.
- • Proven ability to lead analysts in monitoring and responding to security alerts, drive operational improvements, and manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- • Hands-on experience supporting audits, completing security questionnaires, gathering evidence, and managing internal and external audit activities.
- • CISSP, CCSP, or CISM certification required.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
