- • As a Sr Manager Information Systems at Amgen, you will lead the design and delivery of automation solutions across core enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Conga CLM and CPQ, Model N, and Anaplan, directly supporting Amgen’s mission to serve patients with serious illnesses by improving operational efficiency in contracting, pricing, and revenue workflows.
- • Day to day, you will identify automation opportunities, partner with stakeholders to determine appropriate solution approaches (balancing AI and non-AI methods), design and implement workflow automations, system integrations, and data synchronization across platforms, and introduce AI-assisted capabilities like contract summarization and copilots where they deliver clear business value.
- • You will join Amgen’s Information Systems team within a collaborative, innovative, and science-based culture dedicated to advancing biotech breakthroughs in oncology, inflammation, general medicine, and rare disease, where your work will impact millions of patients globally.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise automation, AI integration, and cross-functional solution delivery, establish reusable best practices for automation and responsible AI use, and drive measurable improvements in contract cycle time, data accuracy, and operational efficiency while mentoring technical teams and advancing your leadership in healthcare technology.
