• • The Senior Manager, Inside Sales leads and develops the Digital Inside Sales Consultant team to execute Milady’s digital-first growth strategy, driving print-to-digital conversion, adoption, retention, and expansion across Milady’s customer base.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading onboarding, adoption, and renewal strategies; setting priorities aligned with digital-first goals; providing guidance and professional development to build consultative sales expertise; monitoring adoption health, renewal pipelines, and expansion opportunities; collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Enablement; driving Salesforce hygiene and target benchmarks; and identifying process improvements for scalability.
