• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager, Marketing to join our dynamic team at SmartBug Media, the most decorated HubSpot agency. • As the Sr. Manager, Marketing, you will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overarching business objectives and client needs. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance our market position and support our clients' growth trajectories. This includes overseeing the execution of various marketing campaigns, from digital advertising and content marketing to social media engagement and email marketing, all designed to de-risk the future and drive sustainable growth for our clients.
• You will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. This leadership aspect involves guiding your team in developing creative and effective marketing strategies, ensuring adherence to best practices, and promoting continuous learning and development. • You will be tasked with defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and providing regular reports on marketing performance to senior leadership. This data-driven approach will enable us to optimize our strategies, allocate resources effectively, and demonstrate the tangible impact of our marketing efforts on client outcomes.
• Furthermore, you will stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and AI advancements, integrating them into our strategies to maintain our competitive edge. • The Sr. Manager, Marketing will also be involved in developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment. You will be responsible for forecasting marketing needs and tracking expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing management role, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
