- • As Sr. Manager of Total Rewards at Acorns, you will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to deliver financial wellness for the whole family and its core values of leading with heart, making bold decisions, building trust, never stopping growth, and finding a way.
- • Day to day, you will own and evolve Acorns’ global compensation and benefits strategy, serve as a strategic advisor to leadership using data and market insights, lead end-to-end global compensation programs including equity/stock compensation, oversee global benefits and Leave of Absence programs, partner with HR Operations to optimize Workday and job architecture, assess market competitiveness through benchmarking, manage and develop a Total Rewards team member, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and manage global immigration programs with external counsel.
