• • Sr. Manager, Partner Strategy & Operations at The Bancorp Bank, N.A. (supporting Chime) is a strategic leadership role focused on managing and scaling partner (BPO) delivered operations to drive innovation and operational excellence across the global partner ecosystem, ensuring stellar member interactions and service experience.
• • Day to day, you will lead and develop a tenured team of operations managers, own end-to-end partner performance across SLAs, quality, and efficiency, drive accountability and continuous improvement, lead partner governance and performance reviews, manage escalations, analyze performance trends, uncover root causes, define forward-looking strategies, and partner cross-functionally with finance, procurement, operations, and strategy leaders to evolve the support model.
