- • The Senior Manager, Services Procurement leads strategic sourcing and procurement activities across key services categories including HR, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Consulting, Professional Services, BPO, Managed Services, Training, and Facilities to support CSG’s operations.
- • Day to day, the role involves planning and leading negotiation strategies for moderate to high-value sourcing events, negotiating commercial terms and service levels, serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, managing supplier performance, overseeing onboarding, and leading the Services Procurement team.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic sourcing, lead cross-functional initiatives, drive process improvement, mentor team members, and influence procurement strategy across a global enterprise.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing with a strong focus on services categories (e.g., HR, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Consulting/Professional Services, BPO, Managed Services, Training)
- • Proven leadership experience, including managing geographically dispersed or global teams
