- • Own the go-to-market strategy for Republic Services’ regulated waste solutions portfolio—an area the company has identified as a high-growth, high-impact business segment. You will translate complex environmental regulations and technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and municipalities alike.
- • Act as the single point of marketing authority for regulated waste services, distilling market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and customer insights into actionable growth plans. Your analysis will directly influence pricing, packaging, and geographic expansion decisions.
- • Design and execute integrated campaigns that span the entire customer journey—from first-touch awareness ads to signed multi-year agreements. Channels include email nurture tracks, paid search and social, thought-leadership webinars, trade-show activations, and account-based marketing plays.
- • Build a content engine that positions Republic as the definitive voice on regulated waste. Partner with engineers, field technicians, and compliance experts to create white papers, case studies, ROI calculators, and interactive tools that shorten sales cycles and elevate deal sizes.
- • Drive digital demand generation in lockstep with Corporate Marketing. Own the email calendar, paid-media budget, SEO roadmap, and website conversion funnels for regulated waste pages. Continuously A/B test creative, copy, and offers to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
- • Equip a 500+ person sales force with the training, battle cards, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides they need to win. Host quarterly boot camps and maintain an always-current library in Seismic or Highspot so reps can walk into any meeting confident and prepared.
- • Establish rigorous KPIs—CAC, pipeline velocity, win rate, ARR, NPS—and build executive-level dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau. Present findings monthly to the VP of Sales and Director of Marketing, reallocating spend in real time to maximize ROMI.
- • Manage a P&L that currently exceeds $150 M in annual revenue. Forecast quarterly revenue contribution from marketing-sourced deals and defend your assumptions in cross-functional S&OP meetings.
- • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product marketers, content strategists, and digital specialists. Provide clear career paths and quarterly development plans that align individual growth with company objectives.
- • Oversee agency and vendor relationships—creative shops, media buyers, martech providers—negotiating SOWs, setting SLAs, and ensuring every dollar spent advances strategic goals.
- • Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring that every campaign, slide, and social post reflects Republic’s values: Safe, Committed to Serve, Environmentally Responsible, Driven, and Human-Centered.
- • Travel up to 25 % of the time to customer sites, treatment facilities, and industry conferences, gathering voice-of-customer insights that fuel future campaigns and product enhancements.
- • Contribute to special projects as the marketing voice on cross-functional tiger teams—whether launching a new PFAS remediation service, entering an adjacent vertical, or integrating an acquired company’s product line.
