- • As a Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will serve as the primary technical lead responsible for translating product innovations into successful regulatory filings, bridging legal requirements with regulatory execution across the company’s digital health, compounding, and medical technologies ecosystem.
- • Day to day, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of FDA premarket applications, with immediate focus on authoring and steering 510(k) submissions to clearance, including drafting technical documentation, managing agency responses, and coordinating with Operational, Legal, and Clinical teams.
- • You will operationalize and maintain compliance across FDA (Device, Drug & Compounding) and CMS (CLIA/CAP) jurisdictions, serve as the lead regulatory point of contact for federal and state agency audits, inspections, or submission inquiries, and build and scale the company’s 'Technical Playbook' for medical product operations to stay ahead of evolving state, federal, and international regulations.
