Sr. Manager, Retail Development

📋 Description

• • As Sr. Manager, Retail Development at Ridealso Inc., you will lead the design, build-out, and execution of the company’s physical retail footprint, translating brand vision into scalable, functional, and innovative retail environments that support ALSO’s mission to revolutionize urban mobility through small electric vehicles.
• • Day to day, you will oversee store development across formats including owned showrooms, pop-ups, shop-in-shops, mobile units, and partner displays; manage design and brand execution with internal and external teams; direct fixture and FF&E procurement; develop visual merchandising strategies; control CapEx budgets and schedules; partner with real estate on site selection; manage retail construction vendors; and coordinate cross-functional handoffs with Field Sales Operations for store readiness.
• • You will join a passionate, innovative team at ALSO, an electric mobility company spun out of Rivian, dedicated to creating affordable, enjoyable, and highly efficient small EVs to replace car miles in urban environments. The company blends expertise from technology, automotive, outdoor recreation, and retail to build vertically integrated mobility solutions.
