đź“‹ Description
- • As a Sr. Manager, Revenue FP&A at ServiceTitan, you will serve as a strategic finance leader responsible for shaping the financial narrative behind the company’s rapid growth in the SaaS space. This role goes beyond traditional forecasting—it requires translating complex, evolving data into clear, actionable insights that influence executive decision-making across Sales, Product, and GTM functions. You will own the integrity and evolution of the revenue forecasting process, ensuring it scales with the business while maintaining rigor and relevance.
- • Day to day, you will lead monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting cycles, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and preparation of executive-level reports for C-suite stakeholders. You will act as a strategic business partner, collaborating closely with leaders in Finance, Sales, Product, and Go-to-Market to align financial planning with operational realities and long-term strategy. You will design and implement improvements to forecasting models, reporting tools, and analytics frameworks to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Additionally, you will mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and high performance. Your role will also involve translating ambiguous or incomplete data into compelling stories that drive strategic action, and proactively aligning cross-functional teams around shared revenue goals and execution priorities.
- • You will join a world-class FP&A team composed of former MBB consultants, investment bankers, and top-tier finance professionals who are deeply committed to excellence and innovation. ServiceTitan is a fast-growing, mission-driven SaaS company solving real problems for trades businesses, and your work will directly impact its trajectory. The company values intellectual curiosity, bias for action, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments where data is often imperfect but decisions must still be made with confidence.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow as a leader by building and mentoring a high-performing team, gaining exposure to C-suite strategy discussions, and shaping financial processes that scale with a rapidly expanding organization. You will develop deeper expertise in SaaS metrics, revenue recognition, and strategic finance while making measurable impact on company-wide initiatives. This is a chance to elevate your influence, refine your executive communication, and leave a lasting mark on how one of the fastest-growing tech companies plans for and executes its future.

- • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities; ability to develop junior talent.
- • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft insights for a C-suite audience.
