- • As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering at iRhythm Technologies, you will lead a team of engineers and oversee web-based applications that enable EHR integration and support critical operational workflows for ECG analysis services, impacting global cardiac health.
- • You will drive full-stack technical strategy and architecture across front-end, back-end, data, and integrations while recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing engineering team focused on talent growth and team health.
- • You will collaborate with product, UX, technical project managers, QA, regulatory specialists, and stakeholders to align on product vision, features, roadmaps, and ensure on-time execution in a regulated medical device environment.
- • You will ensure delivery of secure, reliable, and maintainable software by driving quality and compliance, lead deployment planning across environments, own production support including incident response, and continuously improve development processes and tooling.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of software engineering experience
- • 4+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
- • Proven experience leading teams delivering production-critical software
- • Experience developing Angular web applications and Java web services
- • Experience with AWS, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL preferred
- • Experience working in a regulated environment preferred
- • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
