📋 Description

• • As Sr Manager, Solutions Engineering at Twilio, you will lead a team of Solutions Engineers in the APJ region, driving technical strategy and execution to support the company’s go-to-market efforts in the CPaaS and CCaaS space. This role is critical to accelerating customer adoption and scaling solutions for large, fast-growing enterprises across marketing, business automation, and customer care industries.
• • Day to day, you will partner with Sales leadership to shape strategy for the sales funnel, build and roll out enablement programs for your team, attract and develop top technical talent, provide day-to-day mentoring, remove obstacles, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, Sales, Operations, Legal, Security, Engineering, and other departments to ensure customer success on Twilio’s platform.
