- • The Sr. Manager, Supplier Advertising role is critical to driving digital and print media sales targets for Henry Schein, overseeing co-op advertising sales and the Key Supplier Program to ensure supplier participation aligns with company goals.
- • Day to day, the person will own P/L for the advertising business, manage co-op advertising sales programs, lead monthly and quarterly ROI calls with suppliers, serve as the internal marketing advocate for KSP participants, and coordinate campaign briefs between Category Management and Digital Revenue teams.
- • Henry Schein is a global healthcare solutions provider operating in a remote-friendly environment, where this role collaborates across marketing, sales, and channel teams to execute advertising strategies that support supplier partnerships and commercial priorities.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in supplier advertising strategy, gain influence over multi-million dollar ad sales pipelines, refine executive-level storytelling and data presentation skills, and build lasting partnerships with top-tier suppliers and internal stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- • Consistent track record of achieving $10MM+ in annual digital ad sales
- • Expert-level understanding of digital advertising channels, including paid search, display, email and social media
- • Deep knowledge of marketing analytics and demonstrated ability to distill data into insights for C-suite audiences
- • Experience creating, launching and optimizing multi-media campaigns
- • Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- • Strong negotiating and partnership-building abilities at all organizational levels
