đź“‹ Description
- • As a Senior Marketing Campaign Project Manager at Seeq Corporation, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our most critical integrated marketing and Account-Based Experience (ABX) campaigns. This senior individual contributor role is designed for a seasoned professional who excels at orchestrating complex, multi-team initiatives within a dynamic, high-growth, remote-first environment. You will not only lead the end-to-end project management of these vital campaigns but also establish the benchmark for campaign execution excellence across the entire Demand Generation organization.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own and refine the campaign operating model, encompassing everything from initial intake and strategic planning to meticulous execution and insightful post-campaign analysis. This includes defining clear processes for how campaign ideas are received, prioritized, planned, built, launched, and evaluated, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach.
- • You will serve as the central nexus for campaign execution, fostering seamless collaboration and alignment among diverse teams. This includes Growth/ABX, Brand/PR, Web/SEO, Events, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Partner Marketing. Your ability to bridge these different functions and ensure they work in concert will be crucial to campaign success.
- • A key aspect of this role is defining and enforcing robust campaign project management standards. These standards will serve as a guiding framework for other marketers, such as ABX managers, regional marketers, and program owners, empowering them to lead their own programs with a structured and effective methodology.
- • You will take ownership of the project management for tier-1 and tier-2 integrated campaigns, guiding them from the initial concept and scoping phase through detailed planning, development, successful launch, and comprehensive post-campaign retrospectives. This involves creating and meticulously maintaining detailed project plans, realistic timelines, and dependency maps that span across all relevant channels, including email, web, social media, paid media, events and webinars, ABX motions, corporate communications, and partner initiatives.
- • Proactive risk identification and management will be a core function. You will anticipate potential roadblocks, manage trade-offs effectively, and address resourcing constraints. Crucially, you will escalate and resolve conflicts in close partnership with marketing and sales leadership, ensuring that campaigns stay on track and achieve their objectives.
- • Before any campaign build commences, you will ensure that each major initiative has clearly defined objectives, scope, assigned owners, agreed-upon RACI matrices, realistic budget assumptions, and measurable success metrics. This foundational clarity is essential for focused execution.
- • You will act as the single point of contact, or "single front door," for major campaign work within the Demand Generation team. This involves triaging incoming ideas and requests, prioritizing them based on strategic alignment and business impact, and integrating them into the overall campaign portfolio.
- • Implementing and managing a repeatable campaign cadence is vital. This includes facilitating regular campaign stand-ups, status checks, launch readiness reviews with clear go/no-go decision points, and quarterly campaign planning sessions that are tightly aligned with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and revenue objectives.
- • Maintaining an integrated marketing and campaign calendar is essential for providing visibility to all stakeholders. This calendar will reconcile global, regional, vertical, and channel-specific activities, offering Sales, Field teams, Partners, and Executives a clear view of upcoming and ongoing campaigns.
- • You will ensure that Campaign Marketing Managers collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development Representative (BDR) leadership. This alignment is critical for ensuring campaigns effectively target specific account lists and territories, meet follow-up Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and that valuable learnings are fed back into account planning strategies.
- • A significant part of your role will be to design, document, and continuously enhance the campaign project management playbook for Demand Generation. This playbook will cover everything from intake forms and qualification criteria to standard SLAs, planning milestones, stage gates, launch readiness checklists, and defining what constitutes "done." It will also outline RACI norms, collaboration expectations across functions, and standardized share-out templates.
- • You will serve as a center-of-excellence resource for campaign project management best practices, actively coaching ABX managers, regional marketers, and program owners on how to effectively leverage the playbook for their own initiatives.
- • Designing and refining intake and workflow processes will streamline how stakeholders request work, understand the required information, and anticipate decision and update timelines. This ensures efficiency and clarity for all involved.
- • You will ensure that measurement and reporting requirements, including UTM parameters, campaign IDs, CRM fields, and attribution logic, are accurately captured within campaign briefs from the outset.
- • Identifying and driving process improvements that reduce cycle times, enhance output quality, and minimize last-minute changes or emergency escalations will be a continuous effort.
- • Defining and tracking campaign project health metrics, such as on-time/on-scope launch rates, cycle time from intake to readiness, the frequency and impact of last-minute changes, and stakeholder satisfaction scores, will provide critical insights into performance.
- • Partnering with Marketing Operations, you will support performance reviews for key campaigns and ABX plays, ensuring that campaign results (pipeline, revenue, engagement, buying group behavior) are clearly reported and that operational learnings are translated into actionable updates for processes or the playbook.
- • You will socialize insights and best practices across the broader marketing organization, consistently raising the bar for campaign execution quality.
- • Acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, you will provide guidance on campaign sequencing, resourcing, and operationalization within capacity constraints.
- • Your ability to influence without direct authority will be key to keeping cross-functional teams aligned to plans, timelines, and standards, even when faced with shifting priorities.
