- • As the Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Execution, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable pipeline growth by expertly executing high-impact demand generation programs across our core digital channels. Reporting to the VP Global Growth Marketing, this is a hands-on role focused on the tactical activation, optimization, and operational excellence of campaigns that generate qualified leads and contribute directly to revenue.
- • You will be instrumental in translating overarching marketing strategies into detailed, actionable execution plans. This involves meticulously defining timelines, channel tactics, and ensuring that every campaign is launched on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your ability to manage the intricacies of campaign execution will be critical to our success.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will be the strategic execution of email marketing campaigns. This includes developing and implementing effective promotional, nurture, and lifecycle email programs. You will be responsible for segmentation, defining optimal cadences, conducting A/B testing, and continuously optimizing email performance to maximize engagement and conversion rates. Ensuring best practices for deliverability, compliance with regulations (like GDPR and CAN-SPAM), and overall performance optimization will be paramount.
- • In close partnership with Marketing Operations, you will oversee the management of marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and lead routing processes. This collaboration ensures a seamless flow of qualified leads to the sales team and provides a robust foundation for campaign tracking and analysis.
- • You will own the execution and optimization of paid media initiatives across various digital platforms. This includes paid search, paid social, display advertising, retargeting campaigns, and paid content syndication. Whether managing these efforts directly through platforms like 6Sense or collaborating with agency partners, your focus will be on maximizing pipeline ROI through precise targeting, compelling creative, strategic bidding, and efficient budget allocation.
- • Continuous testing and iteration will be a core tenet of your role. You will constantly experiment with new messaging, offers, and formats across all channels to identify what resonates best with our target audience and drives the highest conversion rates.
- • For webinars and virtual events, you will lead the demand generation execution. This encompasses developing and implementing effective promotion strategies, optimizing registration conversion rates, driving attendance, and ensuring impactful post-event follow-up. You will collaborate closely with content creators, product marketing teams, and internal/external speakers to curate compelling and engaging audience experiences that align with our marketing objectives.
- • This role involves leading a team of Campaign Managers, providing them with guidance, mentorship, and direction to ensure the successful execution of their respective campaigns. You will foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- • Performance measurement and reporting are critical components of this role. You will be responsible for meticulously tracking and reporting on channel-level and campaign performance metrics. This includes key indicators such as engagement rates, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), pipeline generated, and Return on Investment (ROI). Your insights and recommendations will be crucial for refining future execution strategies and informing overall program development.
- • You will maintain up-to-date dashboards and establish regular reporting cadences in collaboration with the Marketing Operations team, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into campaign effectiveness and business impact.
- • Operational efficiency and vendor management are also key. You will manage the execution workflows, leverage relevant tools, and oversee any vendors or agencies that support our paid media and digital execution efforts. Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance scalability will contribute to the overall efficiency of the demand generation function.
