  • • As a Senior Marketing Manager at PatientPoint, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how healthcare providers and patients engage with life science innovations through strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives that directly influence patient behaviors and improve health outcomes nationwide.
  • • You will partner closely with sales and product teams to design and execute integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline growth, and equip sales teams with high-impact enablement tools tailored to the life sciences market.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in PatientPoint’s life science solutions and target personas, translating complex product features into compelling messaging that resonates with healthcare providers and drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across the buyer journey.
  • • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing and sales events — from pre-event promotion and on-site engagement to post-event follow-up — ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with sales objectives through strategic content, logistics, and audience targeting.
  • • You will enable the sales force by creating and distributing essential marketing collateral including sell sheets, presentation decks, spec sheets, and best practice guides, ensuring reps are equipped with timely, relevant, and compliant materials to support customer conversations.
  • • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, sales, and customer success to develop cohesive, integrated campaigns that align paid, owned, earned, and experiential channels, ensuring consistent messaging and optimal reach throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • • You will lead the creation and execution of short-form content deliverables such as email campaigns, social media posts, and digital ads, adapting messaging for various formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • • You will design and launch demand generation programs focused on lead acquisition and pipeline acceleration, leveraging ABM tactics, digital advertising, and content marketing to attract and nurture high-value accounts in the life sciences sector.
  • • You will serve as a key liaison between marketing and sales, educating the sales team on upcoming campaigns, new product launches, and promotional activities to ensure alignment, adoption, and effective field execution.
  • • You will continuously monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics — including engagement, conversion, lead quality, and ROI — using insights to optimize campaigns, refine targeting, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of direct experience in B2B marketing, with preference for healthcare or life sciences industry background; agency, startup, or consulting experience is strongly preferred.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive measurable business results, including lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact.
  • • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing account-based marketing (ABM) programs, including target account selection, personalized messaging, and multi-touch orchestration.
  • • Strong proficiency across digital and traditional marketing channels and tactics, including email, social media, content marketing, events, and paid advertising.
  • • Deep understanding of product marketing strategy and execution, including product positioning, messaging development, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement.
  • • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions to diverse stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • • High adaptability and resilience in managing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and deadline-driven environments while maintaining high-quality output.
  • • Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot is a plus, particularly for campaign tracking, lead management, and marketing automation.
