- • Homera Health is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior Media Buyer to spearhead our paid acquisition efforts across a portfolio of rapidly growing telehealth brands. This is a pivotal role within our dynamic marketing team, directly contributing to customer acquisition, revenue growth, and the overall scalability of our business. You will be instrumental in managing and optimizing substantial advertising budgets, ensuring we meet and exceed key performance indicators related to efficiency and profitability across diverse products, target audiences, and sales funnels. If you have a proven track record of scaling ad accounts to seven or eight-figure annual spends while maintaining exceptional performance metrics, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
- • As a Senior Media Buyer, you will own the end-to-end execution and continuous optimization of large-scale paid media campaigns, alongside exploring and integrating additional high-potential growth channels. Your primary focus will be on the strategic allocation and meticulous management of significant advertising budgets, with an unwavering commitment to achieving sustainable scaling and maximizing efficiency. You will be responsible for developing and implementing structured testing roadmaps that systematically explore variations in creative assets, audience targeting, offer structures, and landing page designs. A core aspect of your role will involve relentless optimization towards critical performance metrics such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and overall acquisition efficiency targets, ensuring every dollar spent drives maximum value.
- • Campaign architecture and audience segmentation will be a key area of your expertise. You will design, build, and maintain sophisticated campaign structures that enable precise targeting and effective performance tracking. Developing advanced audience segmentation strategies will be crucial for reaching the right customers with the right message at the right time. You will implement rigorous creative testing frameworks, establishing clear processes for performance iteration and continuous improvement of ad creatives. Identifying performance bottlenecks across the entire customer acquisition funnel will be a critical responsibility, and you will be empowered to drive actionable optimizations to resolve these issues. Proficiency in utilizing third-party tracking systems and comprehensive reporting tools will be essential for guiding data-driven decision-making and demonstrating campaign effectiveness.
- • This role demands cross-channel execution expertise. You will manage and optimize campaigns across a wide array of platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter), Native advertising networks (such as Taboola and Outbrain), Connected TV (CTV), and Linear Television. A key part of your mandate will be to continuously evaluate potential channel expansion opportunities, leveraging performance data and scalability assessments to inform strategic decisions. Your ability to adapt and excel across diverse media landscapes will be paramount to our success.
- • Collaboration with creative and funnel teams is central to this position. You will partner closely with designers, editors, and copywriters to brief them on campaign needs and iterate on ad creatives to achieve peak performance. A strong understanding of ad psychology, persuasive copywriting techniques, and effective offer positioning will be applied to drive significant conversion improvements. Furthermore, you will contribute actively to landing page Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies, designing and executing structured A/B testing initiatives to enhance user experience and conversion rates on our key digital assets.
- • Your analytical prowess will be vital. You will conduct in-depth analysis of performance trends across all campaigns and channels to identify key growth drivers and uncover scalable opportunities. The ability to translate complex data insights into clear, concise, and actionable optimization plans for both yourself and the broader team will be a critical skill. Staying ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring platform updates, algorithm shifts, and evolving media buying best practices will ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective in the ever-changing digital landscape.
