  • • Homera Health Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior Media Buyer to spearhead paid acquisition efforts across a portfolio of rapidly growing telehealth brands. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving significant customer growth while rigorously adhering to efficiency and profitability targets across diverse products, target audiences, and customer acquisition funnels. You will be at the forefront of scaling our marketing initiatives, directly impacting revenue performance and the overall scalability of our growth engine.
  • • As a Senior Media Buyer, you will be entrusted with the ownership and meticulous execution of large-scale paid media campaigns, alongside the exploration and integration of additional growth channels. Your primary responsibility will be the strategic allocation and diligent management of substantial advertising budgets, with an unwavering focus on achieving sustainable scaling and maximizing operational efficiency. This involves developing and implementing structured testing roadmaps that encompass creative assets, audience segmentation, offer strategies, and landing page optimization.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves continuous, data-driven optimization towards key performance indicators such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and overall acquisition efficiency targets. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining sophisticated campaign structures and advanced audience segmentation strategies to ensure precise targeting and maximum impact.
  • • Rigorous implementation of creative testing frameworks and performance iteration cycles will be essential. You will proactively identify performance bottlenecks across the entire customer acquisition funnel and drive actionable, data-backed optimizations to address them. The effective utilization of third-party tracking systems and robust reporting tools will be paramount in guiding all decision-making processes.
  • • This role demands cross-channel execution expertise. You will manage and optimize campaigns across a wide array of platforms including Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter), Native advertising platforms (such as Taboola and Outbrain), Connected TV (CTV), and Linear Television. A key responsibility will be evaluating new channel expansion opportunities, grounding these decisions in thorough performance data analysis and a clear understanding of scalability potential.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will partner closely with our talented creative teams, including designers, editors, and copywriters, to brief them on campaign needs and iterate on high-performing creative assets. A strong understanding of ad psychology and effective offer positioning will be crucial in driving conversion improvements. Furthermore, you will contribute significantly to landing page Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies and the execution of structured A/B testing initiatives to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • • Your analytical prowess will be vital in dissecting performance trends to pinpoint key growth drivers and identify untapped scaling opportunities. You will be adept at translating complex data insights into clear, concise, and actionable optimization plans for stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of proven experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • • Demonstrated success scaling ad accounts to 7- or 8-figure annual spend while maintaining efficient ROAS, MER, and CAC.
  • • Deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • • Advanced knowledge of campaign structure, audience segmentation, and creative testing frameworks.
  • • Strong analytical ability and experience using third-party tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer).
  • • Proven experience managing and optimizing across a diverse range of channels including TikTok, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Native (Taboola/Outbrain), CTV, and Linear TV.
  • • Strong understanding of creative strategy, ad psychology, and performance-driven creative iteration.
  • • Experience optimizing both e-commerce and lead generation funnels.
  • • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • • Self-starter mindset with a strong bias toward testing, iteration, and continuous improvement.
