- • The Senior Media Manager at Driven Brands Holdings Inc. plays a critical role in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns that directly support customer acquisition and brand visibility for iconic automotive service brands like Take 5 Oil Change, Meineke, Maaco, and CARSTAR. This position ensures media investments are deployed efficiently and effectively to drive measurable business outcomes, including increased cars per day at franchise locations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing campaign launch and trafficking with media agencies, conducting quality assurance on targeting, tagging, and creative execution, monitoring budget pacing to maintain spend within ±5% thresholds, and implementing in-flight optimizations under established guidelines. The role also involves maintaining detailed documentation of media plans, timelines, and campaign specs to ensure operational consistency and audit readiness.
- • The Senior Media Manager partners closely with internal analytics, CRM, website, and SEO teams to ensure audience segmentation, suppression strategies, landing page performance, and tracking integrity are aligned across channels. This cross-functional collaboration ensures media efforts are technically sound and strategically coordinated with broader marketing and customer experience initiatives.
- • Performance monitoring is a core function, requiring the individual to track campaign KPIs, flag trends and risks, and escalate optimization opportunities or operational concerns to the Director of Media. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, translating performance insights into actionable recommendations that improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- • In reporting and insights, the Senior Media Manager develops weekly and monthly performance reports, works with analytics teams to validate data quality and dashboard accuracy, and supports test design analysis to inform future media strategies. This contributes to a culture of continuous improvement and accountability in media operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or media operations
- • Experience working with media agencies and digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic, etc.)
- • Strong understanding of campaign trafficking, tagging, tracking, and performance measurement
- • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and operational details simultaneously
- • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable optimizations
- • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
