📋 Description

• Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer role focused on supporting client Case Management systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.
• Design, develop, and implement customizations, integrations, and data migration solutions for Dynamics CRM throughout all project phases from discovery to deployment.
• Collaborate with technical teams, clients, Project Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts to gather requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Enhance development efficiency by creating tools and frameworks, conducting demonstrations, and refining technical solution designs for robust delivery.

• The role requires US Citizenship, hybrid work readiness, and up to 25% travel for client demos and meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship is contractually required for this role.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience, including at least four (4) years implementing and managing enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 solutions.
• US equivalent Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Core technical skills in C#, SQL, .Net, and related technologies, with experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
