📋 Description

• As a Sr .NET Developer at Delinea, you will play a critical role in securing human and machine identities by architecting and maintaining the core platform integration that powers Delinea’s AI-driven Identity Security Platform, directly contributing to the protection of enterprises worldwide.
• You will design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based applications using C#/.NET and client-installed agents, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across hybrid environments.
• You will collaborate closely with product management, architecture, UX, and customer support teams using Scrum methodologies to translate requirements into technical solutions, drive architectural decisions, and incorporate real-world feedback into product evolution.
• You will uphold and elevate software quality and security standards through rigorous code reviews, automation testing, CI/CD pipeline enhancements, and proactive monitoring, while mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• You will troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-production issues in partnership with support and customers, ensuring system availability and contributing to incident response improvements, while identifying opportunities to optimize development workflows, tooling, and shared platform techniques.
• You will help shape the culture and technical foundation of Delinea’s new Mexico City office by contributing to team growth, knowledge sharing, and innovation from day one, working in a hybrid model (3 days/week in Reforma) that balances collaboration with flexibility.
• You will deepen your expertise in privileged access management (PAM), cloud security (especially Azure), and enterprise-scale identity systems, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies used by Fortune 500 organizations to secure their most critical assets.
• You will grow into a technical leader within a globally distributed, high-performing engineering team, advancing your skills in system design, cross-functional collaboration, and secure software delivery while contributing to a mission-driven company backed by TPG and recognized for innovation in identity security.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on .NET development, including proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, DevOps practices (Azure DevOps), CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and automation testing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively in a globally distributed team environment.
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles and best practices, particularly as they apply to identity and access management systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in large codebases, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
