- • Netrix Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. This pivotal role requires a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in Networking, Network Security, and datacenter infrastructure, coupled with a passion for driving innovation and engaging with customers to shape cutting-edge solutions.
- • As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business strategy and technology solutions. You will provide essential technical leadership, influencing both product and sales strategies to ensure Netrix Global remains at the forefront of technological advancement.
- • Your primary responsibility will involve extensive customer engagement, serving as the go-to technology advisor for our clients, partners, and prospects. You will cultivate strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior business leaders, diligently identifying and addressing their unique challenges by aligning our robust technology solutions with their overarching business objectives.
- • You will play a critical role in technical strategy and solution development, offering expert guidance on technology investments to ensure alignment with industry best practices. This includes shaping the vision and roadmap for cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), as well as defining the future direction for network, network security, and data center infrastructure.
- • A key aspect of this role is influencing the development of new services and solutions, proactively responding to and anticipating evolving market demands to maintain Netrix Global's competitive edge.
- • In terms of sales and business growth support, you will partner closely with our sales teams, effectively communicating Netrix Global's comprehensive capabilities and compelling value proposition. You will provide crucial technical credibility and expertise during deal qualification, solution design, and closing processes.
- • Your pre-sales activities will be extensive, encompassing impactful presentations, tailored demonstrations, and the development of persuasive proposal documents. You will be adept at pitching Netrix Global's capabilities and presenting business-aligned solution proposals that resonate with client needs.
- • As a thought leader, you will establish and maintain a recognized leadership presence in Network Infrastructure, datacenter infrastructure, and cybersecurity GRC. You will represent Netrix Global at key industry events, webinars, conferences, and partner engagements, sharing your insights and expertise.
- • Developing thought leadership content, such as whitepapers, insightful blog posts, and compelling case studies, will be an integral part of your role in shaping industry discourse and positioning Netrix Global as an authority.
- • Your core technical skills should encompass extensive experience in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including a deep understanding and practical implementation experience of regulatory compliance frameworks such as NIST, CMMC, HIPAA, PCI, and FedRAMP.
- • You will possess a strong understanding of modern secure network infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation. This includes expertise in modern private and hybrid datacenter infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation.
- • Practical experience with various network technologies is essential, including WIFI, LAN, WAN, SDWAN, Hypervisors, Storage Arrays, and SAN. Furthermore, you should be proficient in network security technologies crucial for achieving Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), such as firewalls, network admission control solutions, SASE/SSE cloud-based security, and ZTNA implementations.
- • Familiarity with network and security technology stacks from leading vendors like Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, HPE, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure Local, and Nutanix is highly desirable.
- • While not strictly mandatory, a CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, Security, or Datacenter certification (fully certified Written & LAB) is highly desired and will be a significant advantage.
- • Exceptional soft skills are paramount. You must possess excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as are robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities. The ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also critical.
- • You will bring to the table a minimum of 10 years of experience in Application Modernization, Data, and AI as a technology leader, alongside 10 years of experience in cybersecurity GRC. A proven sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to support and drive revenue growth is a must.
- • You will have a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, including partner, channel, account, and marketing structures, coupled with extensive relationship-building and customer engagement expertise.
- • Deep knowledge of key players and competitors within the technology ecosystem, exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging C-level executives, and a proven ability to influence executive-level decision-making are expected.
- • Demonstrated experience in leading teams, shaping technology strategies, and driving innovation, along with a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, will set you apart.
- • A data-driven approach to decision-making and business analysis, a highly responsive and adaptable nature, and a solution-oriented mindset in dynamic business environments are key attributes.
- • We seek a candidate with a curious and creative mindset, always looking for new ways to enhance partnerships and business impact, backed by extensive experience in deal-making and business development with a track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships.
