- • Are you a seasoned Paid Social expert with a passion for driving measurable results for e-commerce and digital brands? Latamcent is seeking a highly motivated and client-facing Sr. Paid Social Specialist to join our dynamic, fast-growing digital advertising agency. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of performance-driven campaigns across major social platforms, directly impacting client success and revenue growth.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for the end-to-end management of their paid social advertising efforts. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and executing sophisticated strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. You will be tasked with not just running campaigns, but truly understanding client objectives and translating them into actionable, data-backed plans that deliver exceptional Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- • Your day-to-day will involve a blend of strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, rigorous data analysis, and compelling client communication. You will lead weekly client calls, presenting performance reports that go beyond surface-level metrics, offering deep insights and clear, actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. This requires a keen analytical mind capable of dissecting campaign data to uncover optimization opportunities, design effective creative testing plans, and refine audience targeting strategies for maximum impact.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with internal creative and media teams to ensure ad creatives, landing pages, and overall funnel mapping are aligned and optimized for conversion. Your input will be invaluable in providing structured feedback on creative assets and brand messaging to enhance performance and drive higher conversion rates. You will also be responsible for meticulous ad budget pacing, ensuring every dollar is spent efficiently and in alignment with client goals and expectations.
- • Staying ahead of the curve is paramount in the ever-evolving digital advertising landscape. You will be expected to maintain strong relationships with platform representatives, actively monitor industry trends, and adapt strategies to leverage new features and algorithm changes across the social ad ecosystem. This proactive approach ensures our clients always benefit from the latest best practices and innovative solutions.
- • This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in the United States. To ensure seamless collaboration and client support, availability during Central Time working hours (9:30 am–4:00 pm CST) is a mandatory requirement. You will be empowered to work autonomously, taking full ownership of client outcomes and contributing significantly to the agency's reputation for delivering outstanding performance and client satisfaction. Success in the first 3-6 months will involve launching and managing 3-5 paid social accounts independently, consistently exceeding performance KPIs, building strong client relationships through transparent communication and demonstrable results, and identifying at least three high-impact testing or optimization opportunities per account.
