- • Support payroll operations end to end in alignment with defined standards and client-specific requirements, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all payroll transactions.
- • Utilize the hrX suite of tools to execute all payroll-related activities, including data entry, validation, and system updates.
- • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for client escalations related to payroll errors and implement mitigating actions to prevent recurrence.
- • Proactively identify upsell opportunities and support the Change Request process when client needs deviate from contracted service scope, including estimating and implementing changes.
- • Interpret and apply standard and client-specific payroll reports, including statutory year-end reporting obligations as defined in client contracts.
- • Maintain current knowledge of local and international payroll legislation, system updates, and procedural changes, while managing the payroll legislation roadmap.
- • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from internal teams and clients, assisting the Operations Manager with client engagement and communication.
- • Update, maintain, and enforce compliance with Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and all associated process documentation.
- • Handle sensitive and confidential payroll data with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- • Resolve technical and functional payroll issues escalated by team members or clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- • Ensure all systems are used in full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- • Support and maintain the client solution workbook, providing functional expertise as needed.
- • Champion innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- • Provide guidance and support during client project implementations and go-lives, ensuring smooth transitions.
- • Upskill and coach colleagues through training delivery and one-on-one development to strengthen team capability.
- • Participate in assigned projects and additional duties as required to support organizational goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in payroll processing and compliance within an international or multi-jurisdictional environment
- • Proficiency in using hrX or similar payroll technology platforms
- • In-depth knowledge of local payroll legislation and statutory reporting requirements in Hungary
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis
- • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive financial data
- • Excellent communication skills for client and team engagement
