📋 Description

• • As a Sr. People Systems Analyst at Harvey AI Inc., you will serve as a Workday specialist focused on Compensation configuration, playing a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and scalable people systems that support the company’s rapid global growth.
• • You will configure and maintain Workday Compensation plans, support end-to-end compensation review cycles, build custom reports and dashboards, manage integrations with payroll and market data providers, configure security roles, and partner cross-functionally with People Ops, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to align system solutions with business needs.
