• • As a Sr. Platform Engineer at Madison Logic, you will be instrumental in shaping and advancing our cutting-edge technology infrastructure. You will champion a high-performance Developer Experience (DevX) culture, driving technical influence across your immediate team and the broader organization. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional Product teams to ensure our deployment pipelines are seamlessly aligned with overarching organizational goals, fostering an environment where innovation and efficiency are paramount.
• • You will be a key contributor to establishing and nurturing a culture where automation, robust tooling, and comprehensive documentation are not just encouraged but are the established norm. This involves proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance developer productivity, and ensure the long-term maintainability and scalability of our systems.
• • A core responsibility will be the deployment and management of containerized applications. You will leverage our serverless stack on Amazon Web Services (AWS), specifically focusing on AWS Lambda and AWS Fargate, to ensure reliable, scalable, and cost-effective operation of our services.
• • You will play a critical role in integrating essential system monitoring and security best practices throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This proactive approach ensures that our platforms are not only performant and reliable but also secure by design, mitigating risks and maintaining the integrity of our data and services.
• • You will contribute to the design and implementation of robust infrastructure solutions, ensuring they meet the demands of a rapidly growing B2B marketing technology company. This includes evaluating new technologies, developing proofs-of-concept, and advocating for best practices in infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
• • Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting complex production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures to enhance system stability and resilience. You will be expected to respond to critical incidents and work towards swift resolution, minimizing impact on users and business operations.

• • You will contribute to the overall technical strategy of the platform team, helping to shape the future direction of our infrastructure and tooling.
