📋 Description

• As a Sr. Power BI Developer at Coderio LLC, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of analytical dashboards and reports, playing a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across business units by transforming complex data into actionable insights.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and KPIs, designing efficient data models and datasets, developing Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability and performance, building solutions using DAX and Power Query, ensuring data quality through validation and testing, optimizing existing reports for scalability and maintainability, identifying improvement opportunities, contributing to BI development standards, and providing technical support and mentorship to team members.
• You will join Coderio’s Data Consumption team, part of a global engineering organization that designs and delivers scalable digital solutions for international clients. The team comprises Data Analytics and Data Governance professionals who partner closely with business units, data engineers, and analysts to drive informed decision-making through robust reporting and visualization.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in advanced Power BI development, data modeling, and performance optimization while gaining exposure to complex analytical workloads in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
