  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting critical product operations and spearheading partner enablement initiatives. You will act as a key execution partner, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, and Client Services, as well as external partners, to guarantee the smooth onboarding, successful integration, and ongoing operational excellence of our loyalty solutions.
  • • This is a hands-on position that requires a unique blend of project management acumen, product marketing support, and adept relationship management. You will be entrusted with owning defined workstreams, proactively identifying and implementing improvements to operational processes, and contributing to the scalable growth of our partner ecosystem.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities designed to enhance product delivery and partner satisfaction. This includes managing the end-to-end lifecycle of specific product features or initiatives, ensuring all technical and operational aspects are aligned for successful deployment. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges that may arise during partner onboarding or ongoing program management.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve developing and refining operational processes. This means meticulously documenting current workflows, identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and implementing streamlined solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability. Your efforts will directly contribute to our ability to onboard and support a growing number of partners effectively.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in partner enablement. This involves creating and delivering resources, training materials, and support documentation that empower our partners to effectively utilize Kobie's loyalty platforms and services. You will be a key point of contact for partners, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and maximize their return on investment.
  • • You will collaborate with the Product and Technology teams to translate product requirements into actionable operational plans. This includes understanding new product functionalities, assessing their operational impact, and developing the necessary processes and documentation for successful rollout.
  • • Your project management skills will be put to the test as you manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, stakeholders are informed, and deliverables are of the highest quality. You will be responsible for tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • • In the realm of product marketing support, you will assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new product features or enhancements, contributing to the creation of compelling messaging and collateral that resonates with our partners and their end consumers.
  • • Building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be paramount. You will foster collaborative environments, facilitate clear communication, and ensure alignment across all parties involved in product operations and partner enablement.
