- • As a Senior Product Designer, you will be instrumental in defining how millions of users interact with Jerry's core products. You will be a critical bridge between complex user needs, vast amounts of data, and elegant, user-friendly solutions. Your role will involve deep collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to translate intricate problems and data insights into clear, intuitive, and visually polished experiences. You will have the autonomy to own the end-to-end design process, from initial user flow mapping and wireframing to the meticulous refinement of high-fidelity visuals and the creation of interactive prototypes that breathe life into your concepts. Your contributions will directly empower drivers to make more informed decisions regarding their insurance, vehicle safety, and maintenance, fostering confidence and ease in managing one of their most significant assets.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of design activities. You will partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to meticulously define user problems, devise strategies to simplify data-heavy experiences, and design solutions that demonstrably drive measurable business and user outcomes. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive user flows, developing both low- and high-fidelity wireframes, crafting interactive prototypes, and producing the final UI assets for features across Jerry’s diverse product suite. A significant part of your role will involve leading UX explorations for particularly complex challenges, architecting intuitive workflows that demystify the complexities of car ownership and management. You will be expected to thoughtfully leverage user research, product analytics, and experimentation to inform your design decisions and rigorously validate your proposed solutions. Furthermore, you will collaborate with fellow designers to continuously evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and elevating the overall craft and quality of our mobile and web interfaces. A key area of focus will be the thoughtful application of AI to enhance clarity, deliver personalized experiences, and introduce greater automation within the user journey, making car ownership even more seamless.
- • This is not a role where you'll be a small part of a vast design department. At Jerry, you will work directly and collaboratively with key leaders and a highly motivated product organization. You will report to Kruise Sapstein, Head of Design, who is dedicated to shaping Jerry’s product design vision and fostering a high-performing, high-craft design culture. You will also work closely with Art Agrawal, CEO & Head of Product, who provides strategic direction and champions the customer experience at the highest level. You will be an integral part of a broader product organization comprising 11 Product Managers, 55 Engineers, and 12 Analysts/Data Scientists, all united by a shared passion (🚗) for building a best-in-class consumer experience. Your insights and designs will have a direct and visible impact on our product roadmap and our users' daily lives.
