  • • Spearhead a transformative greenfield initiative to deliver a best-in-class Cloud experience, marking a significant evolution for Sphera's enterprise software and services.
  • • Own the complete product lifecycle for this new Cloud platform, from initial concept and rigorous business case development through to successful market launch and ongoing go-to-market execution.
  • • Drive the strategic migration of our existing platform from desktop environments to a modern, scalable, and high-performance Cloud infrastructure.
  • • Seamlessly embed advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into the product, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance both internal operational efficiencies and deliver tangible, customer-facing innovations.
  • • Translate high-level company strategy and ambitious ESG goals into a meticulously defined product roadmap, ensuring direct alignment with key commercial objectives and measurable sustainability outcomes.
  • • Develop and present compelling business cases, supported by thorough market analysis, to validate new product opportunities and secure necessary investments.
  • • Define and articulate clear strategies for "when and how we will achieve the first unit sale, and with whom," demonstrating a keen understanding of market entry and customer acquisition.
  • • Foster a strong, collaborative partnership with the Engineering teams, actively participating in roadmap planning, negotiating delivery timelines, and ensuring alignment on technical execution.
  • • Navigate and effectively manage a hybrid Agile/Waterfall development environment, championing agility while respecting and integrating enterprise-level project management realities.
  • • Lead and orchestrate successful product launches, working in close concert with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and broader Marketing teams to ensure maximum market impact.
  • • Present the product strategy, vision, and progress updates to Executive Leadership Team (ELT)-level stakeholders, adeptly securing buy-in and championing the product's direction.
  • • Act as a key product evangelist, effectively demonstrating and communicating the product vision and its value proposition both internally to colleagues and externally to customers and partners.
  • • Engage directly and proactively with customers to deeply understand their evolving needs, gather critical feedback, and provide essential support for the successful adoption of AI-driven product features.
  • • Ensure the Cloud platform is designed for optimal scalability, robust performance, and an intuitive, customer-centric user experience, setting new benchmarks for the industry.
  • • Champion the integration of AI/ML infrastructure, data pipelines, model deployment strategies, and operational AI tooling to create a powerful and intelligent product offering.
  • • Drive innovation by identifying and prioritizing features that leverage AI to solve complex environmental, health, safety, and sustainability challenges for our B2B clientele.
  • • Contribute to Sphera's mission of creating a safer, more sustainable, and productive world by delivering software solutions that empower companies to manage and optimize their ESG performance.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure a cohesive and successful product strategy from conception to post-launch.
  • • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and track progress against these metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and market fit.
  • • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies, particularly in AI and Cloud computing, to ensure the product remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • • Contribute to the overall product vision and strategy for Sphera, influencing the direction of the company's digital transformation efforts.
  • • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and release notes, ensuring clarity and alignment across all teams.
  • • Act as a subject matter expert for the Cloud platform, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the product team and across the organization.
  • • Ensure the product adheres to all relevant security, compliance, and regulatory standards, particularly within the ESG domain.
  • • Drive the adoption of the new Cloud platform by developing effective user training materials and support resources.
  • • Measure and report on the commercial success of the Cloud initiative, including revenue generation, customer acquisition, and market share growth.
  • • Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed effectively.
  • • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of product goals and progress.
  • • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the product development and launch process.
  • • Contribute to the long-term product strategy, identifying opportunities for future enhancements and expansion of the Cloud offering.
  • • Ensure the product delivers measurable sustainability outcomes for customers, aligning with Sphera's core mission and values.
  • • Drive the definition and implementation of pricing and packaging strategies that align with market value and customer needs.
  • • Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to gather insights and foster advocacy for the new platform.
  • • Continuously iterate on the product based on market feedback, performance data, and evolving business requirements.
