• • As a Senior Product Manager, Commissions & Payouts at LTK, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the creator economy by owning the strategy and delivery of our critical Creator Payout Platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every creator is compensated accurately, transparently, and punctually, fostering the trust that underpins our entire ecosystem.
• • You will be responsible for evolving our payout platform from a service into a robust, scalable product ecosystem designed to support the exponential growth of creators on our platform. This involves a strategic vision for how our financial infrastructure can proactively enable and enhance creator success.
• • A core aspect of your role will be to drive system reliability and scalability. You will collaborate closely with Engineering and Finance teams to guarantee the accuracy of payouts, maintain auditability for financial integrity, and ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations.
• • You will act as a key cross-functional partner, working seamlessly with Product, Data, and Operations teams. Your efforts will focus on streamlining the complex processes around creator commissions, automating reconciliation workflows to reduce manual effort and errors, and significantly improving financial transparency for both creators and internal stakeholders.
