Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the end-to-end vision for multiple product value streams at Allegiant, translating corporate strategy into a multi-year roadmap that drives revenue, operational efficiency, and customer delight across our digital and physical touchpoints.
  • • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers; provide 1:1 coaching, set clear OKRs, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and create individualized growth plans that turn emerging talent into the next generation of product leaders.
  • • Define and defend annual product budgets exceeding seven figures; partner with Finance to model ROI scenarios, prioritize feature investments, and re-allocate spend in real time as market conditions evolve.
  • • Influence C-suite and Board-level decisions by presenting data-driven insights on customer behavior, competitive threats, and technology trends—be the voice that shapes Allegiant’s long-term digital and automation strategy.
  • • Orchestrate large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that span Engineering, UX, Marketing, Revenue Management, Airport Operations, and Customer Care; remove blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure every release lands on time with measurable business impact.
  • • Champion a culture of experimentation: institute A/B testing frameworks, customer-journey analytics, and rapid prototyping sprints that reduce time-to-market for new features from months to weeks.
  • • Drive go-to-market excellence—craft positioning narratives, enable sales and support teams, and monitor adoption KPIs post-launch to guarantee that every product delivers both customer value and bottom-line results.
  • • Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex trade-off decisions; balance regulatory constraints (FAA, DOT), scalability requirements, and customer expectations while keeping the team focused on outcomes, not just output.
  • • Embed customer-obsession into daily rituals: run quarterly customer councils, synthesize NPS and social sentiment, and translate pain points into backlog items that demonstrably improve Net Promoter Score and reduce contact-center volume.
  • • Establish enterprise-grade product governance—define intake processes, prioritization rubrics, and success metrics that scale across 20+ scrum teams operating in a SAFe environment.
  • • Partner with Platform Engineering to modernize legacy systems, accelerate cloud migrations, and unlock new revenue streams through API-first architectures and third-party integrations.
  • • Model Allegiant’s Customer Commitment in every interaction, ensuring that direct reports and cross-functional partners internalize service standards that turn first-time flyers into lifelong advocates.
  • • Continuously scan the aviation, eCommerce, and SaaS landscapes for disruptive technologies—present quarterly “future of travel” briefings that keep Allegiant two steps ahead of legacy carriers and OTAs.
  • • Own executive-level stakeholder communication: craft monthly steering-committee decks, quarterly board updates, and ad-hoc briefings that distill complex product initiatives into clear, actionable narratives.
