- • As a Sr. Product Manager, Growth at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will lead the product roadmap for key treatment categories such as Sexual Health, Weight Management, Hair Regrowth, Mental Health, Skin Care, and Testosterone Support, driving innovation in a fully integrated consumer, clinician, and pharmacy experience.
- • You will lead projects through ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative customer experience features, break down complex initiatives into incremental value-delivering phases, and consolidate feedback from marketing, operations, medical, and technical stakeholders to accelerate treatment adoption.
- • You will guide and support engineering teams to balance growth enablement with stable, accurate user experiences, influence short- and long-term roadmaps, and maximize efficiency in a fast-evolving, high-growth environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, working collaboratively with engineering and design teams
- • Experience in a growth or consumer-oriented product management role
- • Track record of building and shipping products that customers love and drive meaningful business impact
- • Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations-intensive environment
- • Ability to dive deep with engineers to make technical tradeoff decisions and summarize them for non-technical stakeholders and executives
