📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager at Zelis Healthcare LLC, you will own meaningful product initiatives from start to finish, identifying important customer problems, shaping solutions with design and engineering, and driving them through development and launch to improve healthcare reimbursement workflows.
• Day to day, you will identify high-impact problems across healthcare reimbursement, synthesize insights from customer conversations and product data, lead deep product discovery through interviews with healthcare operators, define use cases and requirements, prototype and test solutions with design, collaborate with engineering on technical feasibility, and partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market execution.
• You will work directly with the VP of Product in a small, senior product team where product managers are responsible for both strategy and execution, within a company modernizing the healthcare financial experience for over 750 payers, top national health plans, providers, and millions of consumers.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS product leadership, customer discovery, AI-integrated feature development, and end-to-end product lifecycle management while influencing product strategy and building solutions that materially improve healthcare operations.
