- • As a Sr. Product Manager in FICO’s B2B Scores organization, you will drive the strategy, roadmap execution, and go-to-market plans for credit scoring solutions used in insurance, safe driving, and other non-financial services industries, directly impacting how businesses make fair and responsible lending and risk decisions.
- • Day to day, you will conduct market research and voice of customer initiatives, synthesize insights from internal and external data sources, author business and technical requirements, collaborate with analytics and technology partners, support client engagements and training programs, and partner with regulatory teams to ensure compliance across product lifecycles.
- • You will join FICO, a global leader in analytics software trusted by 90 of the top 100 US lenders and used in 3/4 of US mortgages, operating in a culture that values ownership, customer delight, and mutual respect while advancing innovation in AI, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B product management, strengthen cross-functional leadership, gain exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks in insurance and telematics, and contribute to high-impact scoring products that shape industry standards and drive measurable business outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- • Minimum of 8 years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering measurable business impact and commercially successful results.
- • Demonstrated expertise in product management; knowledge in telematics solutions for insurance and driving safety is a plus.
- • Strong analytical orientation with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable product strategy and roadmap recommendations.
- • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly to sales, technical, and leadership audiences via verbal, written, and visual formats.
- • Collaborative, low-ego mindset with intellectual curiosity and willingness to take on varied responsibilities to drive product success.
