- • Author crisp epics, user stories, and technical-functional documents that bridge the gap between Finance stakeholders, UX designers, and Agile engineering squads, ensuring every requirement is traceable from vision to release.
- • Drive prioritization by synthesizing customer interviews, BI dashboards, NPS feedback, and revenue-impact models; present findings to C-suite and cross-functional leadership to secure funding and mind-share for high-impact initiatives.

- • Mentor junior product managers and analysts, creating reusable templates, playbooks, and best-practice guides that scale product excellence across Ingram Micro’s expanding digital portfolio.
- • Collaborate with M&A integration teams to harmonize acquired finance processes onto the Xvantage platform, ensuring seamless cut-over and rapid value realization.
- • Stay ahead of fintech trends—embedded finance, real-time payments, AI-driven forecasting—and incubate proof-of-concepts that keep Ingram Micro at the forefront of the global IT supply chain.

- • High-level proficiency in SAP functional areas—Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, SAP BRIM—and at least one middleware or integration platform.
- • Demonstrated success working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe, managing backlogs in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools and shipping releases that measurably improve KPIs.
