Sr. Product Manager, Lifecycle

📋 Description

• • As a Sr. Product Manager, Lifecycle at Change.org, you will build personalized lifecycle systems and experiences that activate first-time signers, deepen their connection to the platform and community, and bring them back to take action on causes they care about.
• • You will ship meaningful improvements to lifecycle infrastructure, establish an experimentation program with AI-assisted workflows, expand lifecycle data reporting, implement AI-powered capabilities, and build cross-functional partnerships with product, engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams.
• • You will join a mission-driven team at Change.org, the world’s largest platform for democracy, focused on using AI to build powerful civic tools that amplify voices and bridge political divides toward shared solutions.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in lifecycle systems, data fluency, experimentation, and AI/ML collaboration while driving impact at scale for over 100 million annual users and contributing to healthier democracies globally.
