- • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the day-to-day strategy and ongoing enhancement of our member-facing product. Your primary focus will be on driving key metrics such as member engagement, long-term retention, and ultimately, improved health outcomes for the hundreds of thousands of individuals who rely on Vida's comprehensive clinical and behavioral programs. - • This role is a key part of Vida’s Member Experience group, a dedicated team responsible for overseeing the entire consumer journey. From the initial onboarding process to fostering sustained engagement and ensuring long-term retention, this group is central to our member success. Reporting directly to the Senior Group Product Manager, Member Experience, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Clinical Operations. Together, you will be responsible for shipping high-impact product improvements that directly benefit our members. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in establishing the foundational elements for Vida’s next-generation personalized member experience, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of digital health.
- • Key responsibilities will include defining product strategy and roadmaps for member-facing features, translating user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, and prioritizing the product backlog based on strategic impact and user value. You will conduct user research, analyze product performance data, and gather feedback from members and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, managing the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration. Additionally, you will champion the member perspective across the organization, advocating for user-centric design and ensuring that all product decisions align with our mission to improve health outcomes.
- • You will be expected to deeply understand the competitive landscape and emerging trends in digital health and personalized care. This includes staying abreast of best practices in user engagement, behavior change, and health technology. Your ability to articulate a clear product vision, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus will be crucial for success. You will also contribute to defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the member experience and track progress against these metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, tactical execution, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences that drive meaningful health improvements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in product management, with a strong focus on consumer-facing digital products, preferably within the healthcare or wellness technology space.
- • Demonstrated success in defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and executing product launches that drive user engagement and retention.
- • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable product requirements.
- • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven product decisions.
- • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and clinical stakeholders.
- • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse groups.
- • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Psychology, Design); Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
