- • As a Senior Product Manager, Partnerships at Netsoft Holdings, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our industry-leading time tracking and workforce management platform. Your primary focus will be on driving product initiatives that significantly expand our go-to-market reach and enhance customer value through the strategic development and execution of partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to blend deep product expertise with a keen understanding of external ecosystems and growth channels.
- • You will be instrumental in identifying, validating, and bringing to life product opportunities across a diverse range of partnership avenues. This includes, but is not limited to, developing robust integrations with complementary software solutions, nurturing our presence in app marketplaces, establishing referral programs, enabling reseller channels, and exploring other innovative partner-driven growth strategies. Your work will directly impact how businesses worldwide leverage our platform and the value they derive from it.
- • This role demands a highly collaborative approach. You will work hand-in-hand with our Director of Partnerships and the PartnerOps team on a daily basis, translating strategic partnership goals and go-to-market opportunities into tangible product roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You will be the bridge between our internal product development teams and the external partner landscape.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will involve deep dives into partner workflows, understanding the intricate ways customers use Hubstaff in conjunction with adjacent tools, and identifying unmet needs within the broader market. This discovery process will inform your product strategy and ensure that our partnership initiatives are not only strategically sound but also deeply aligned with customer value.
- • You will collaborate closely with our talented engineering and design teams to meticulously define problems, explore innovative solutions, and deliver high-quality, impactful product capabilities. Acting as the product owner for these partnership-driven initiatives, you will guide them from initial concept through to successful launch and ongoing iteration, ensuring that each step is executed with precision and a focus on user experience.
- • Beyond the immediate product development cycle, you will engage with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure that product initiatives are seamlessly integrated with and supportive of our go-to-market execution. This cross-functional alignment is critical for maximizing the success and adoption of our partnership-enabled features.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to balance the immediate needs of strategic partners with the long-term vision for platform scalability and product evolution. This requires a strategic mindset capable of making thoughtful trade-offs that consider both immediate customer impact and enduring business value.
- • You will be responsible for defining and rigorously tracking key performance indicators (OKRs) that measure the success of our partnership efforts. This includes metrics related to partner adoption, usage patterns, revenue impact, and overall customer value derived from these collaborations. Utilizing data and qualitative insights will be paramount in evaluating success and informing future product iterations.
- • Furthermore, you will continuously seek opportunities to enhance the scale, reliability, and leverage of our partner ecosystem. This proactive approach will ensure that our platform remains at the forefront of innovation and continues to offer significant advantages to our partners and customers.
- • You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of product management practices across the broader product team, sharing your expertise and potentially mentoring other Product Managers through collaborative efforts and knowledge exchange. Your insights and experience will help elevate the entire product organization.
- • In essence, you will be the champion for product-led partnership growth, ensuring that our platform's ecosystem is a powerful engine for customer acquisition, retention, and expansion, all while maintaining a strong product-first mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional value to our global user base.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience building and shipping complex B2B SaaS products.
- • Proven experience taking products from ideation through launch and iteration, demonstrating a full product lifecycle management capability.
- • Strong customer empathy and a track record of discovery-driven product development, with a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
- • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market (GTM) teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategy, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to diverse audiences.
- • High degree of ownership, self-direction, and comfort operating in ambiguity, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution, capable of both high-level planning and detailed implementation.
- • Experience with B2B SaaS platforms and familiarity with partnerships, integrations, or platform ecosystems, understanding the dynamics of interconnected software solutions.
