- • Own market positioning and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the enterprise segment of Jump Technologies’ AI-powered financial services platform.
- • Define and evolve the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas through deep market research and direct customer interviews.
- • Craft and refine the company’s value proposition to enhance competitive differentiation in the enterprise financial services market.
- • Partner with Product Management to inform product roadmap decisions using competitive intelligence, market sizing, and customer research insights.
- • Lead end-to-end GTM execution for new product launches, feature updates, and market expansions, ensuring consistent and impactful delivery across all channels.
- • Develop and maintain a standardized launch playbook to ensure repeatability and scalability of GTM activities.
- • Define and optimize pricing and packaging strategies for enterprise product offerings.
- • Build and deliver sales enablement assets including battlecards, pitch decks, case studies, and training materials to accelerate sales cycles and improve win rates.
- • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to analyze win/loss data and identify gaps in messaging or product-market fit.
- • Train customer-facing teams on updated messaging to ensure a unified and compelling voice across all client interactions.
- • Align with Demand Generation to ensure campaign content and offers are rooted in strong product positioning and buyer insights.
- • Work closely with Content Marketing to produce high-authority thought leadership content that builds brand credibility and drives enterprise awareness.
- • Serve as the primary “voice of the customer” in executive GTM planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making for the enterprise business line.
- • Measure success through metrics including pipeline attainment, win rate improvement, product adoption, and market share growth—not just feature releases.
- • Build and lead a high-performing, small product marketing team through hiring, mentoring, and setting clear performance expectations.
- • Establish repeatable, scalable GTM playbooks that can be consistently applied across global financial services organizations.
- • Maintain strong alignment and trust with cross-functional teams in Product, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to drive cohesive execution.
- • Support expansion into new financial services verticals by adapting messaging and positioning to meet the needs of diverse enterprise clients.
- • Ensure all GTM materials and strategies comply with financial services industry regulations and Jump’s commitment to compliant AI technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in B2B product marketing
- • Proven track record of strategic impact and revenue growth in an Enterprise SaaS company
- • Hands-on experience with AI tools
- • Strong ability to partner with product on roadmap and product strategy
- • Experience building and motivating high-performing teams
