• • As a Sr. Product Operations Analyst at Propelus Inc., you will own the operating infrastructure of the product organization, ensuring consistency and rigor in the product development lifecycle (SDLC) by enforcing processes, templates, and documentation standards that enable teams to deliver roadmaps on time.
• • Day to day, you will audit Jira tickets to verify PRDs and business cases are complete, configure Jira workflows and backlogs, track roadmap adherence, coordinate planning cycles, maintain Notion-based documentation, report SDLC health to leadership, ensure tickets are 'ready for dev,' and automate workflows using AI and Jira automation.
