• • As a Senior Program Manager at Istari, you will be instrumental in realizing this vision. You will be the driving force behind the day-to-day and long-term success of your assigned programs, from their initial kickoff through final delivery. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational prowess, and an unwavering sense of ownership over program outcomes. You will be responsible for managing intricate projects that span both technical and strategic domains, ensuring rigorous attention to cost, schedule, performance, and risk management across multiple concurrent threads. • • You will collaborate closely with a diverse range of cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Cybersecurity. Acting as the essential connective tissue, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and the overarching strategic vision, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the direction of cutting-edge digital engineering solutions and contribute directly to Istari's growth and impact in both federal and commercial sectors.

Proactive risk identification and mitigation will be a core part of your role, developing contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure program continuity. You will establish and maintain robust communication channels, providing regular, clear, and concise updates on program status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and all relevant parties. Furthermore, you will foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, motivating and guiding project teams to achieve their best work. You will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations where applicable. The ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and a dynamic market landscape will be essential.
