📋 Description

• The Sr. Program Manager (Commercial) at Istari Digital, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of up to four concurrent programs spanning technical and strategic domains, critical to advancing impact across federal and commercial sectors.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing program lifecycle from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring rigorous attention to cost, schedule, performance, and risk, while acting as the connective tissue between execution and vision by collaborating with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Cybersecurity.
• The role reports to senior leadership and operates within a mission-driven organization focused on advancing technological impact in both government and commercial markets, requiring a systems thinker with strong ownership and organizational skills.
• The successful candidate will develop expertise in managing complex, multi-threaded programs, gain influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams, and achieve measurable outcomes in program delivery that directly contribute to Istari’s strategic growth and mission success.
